Ask yourself a question, what’s one of the most important things in our life. Benefiting and affecting every aspect of our life. How long can you survive without food? Not more than a month, how long can you sustain life without water? About a week, and how long can you not breathe?
We never really think about how important and amazing the breathing can be. I’ll tell you why, because breathing is connected to every system in our body. For example, Physiology, central nervous system, immune system, blood circulation system, I could continue for a long time just to tell you about all the system’s in the human body, which are heavily dependent upon on your breathing.
But today we just stop on one particular system, which is one of the most important things in our life. (physiology)
States of your physics heavily depend on your emotions. Every single emotion your experience in your life, you never take notice how your breath is changing. Only because we are to busy to consider our emotional state. But if you start taking notice of every emotion you go through, your breath suddenly changes. Not because you change it but because your central nerve system reacts to your emotion state. So knowing a certain sequence, and a certain breathing exercise, we can control our physiology.
The main problem for the general public is lack of knowledge which is leading to the main problem of our physiology. Fear. To be continued!

Why do I want to teach? Because I have become tired and have grown impatient, to look around and see how much is nonsense stuff is out there.
I’m not claiming what I teach or how I teach, it’s the best on the market. But the results of my approach speak for themselves. What I mean. I will give you an example. Actually I will give you a couple of examples, from a completely different people.
One man was a professional sportsman, he was in the military he was also competing in combat sports for a number of years and still he was unsatisfied with what was available. The meaning of that in the professional sport you just compete for a result. (a prize) In the army you still compete but the prize is actually much higher that the result. The prize is you’re life. His coaches were telling him that a silver or bronze medal does not exist but there is only a gold medal, and nothing else. People love you if you’re a winner. And one cares if you have a second or third.
In the army he was told no matter what happens to you, you must complete the task. But as he went into the special branch, he realized there was a new task (to survive)
Just think how many different changes in his life he has to go through.
But just as he began to believe he had learned everything he needed to know, suddenly out of nowhere his life changed again. Because all the training he did, all the fighting and the life experiences he realized (with help) there is much more to it. (we will talk more about what happened to Man Number One in the future)
Man Number Two.
Never thought about anything in his life that he was a lovely child, was good in school, had good parents and he received an excellent education. Everything in his life was nice and smooth. And then suddenly within two days everything he loves, everybody he cared for was gone. And his life nearly ended.
He remembers that his parents were telling him how good life is and how many lovely people are out there and all his life everything is going to be good.
Now we have two completely different men found something they were looking for one looked for many years, the second found it in instant.
Guys my point is at the first reading slightly not understandable but, no matter who we are, no matter who we think we are, the truth is only one. You have to survive no matter what. If you are extremely technical and have no heart it’s a failure. If you have a brave heart but no knowledge there is another problem.
This is actually my first post ever. So be patient and let me learn again. From my mistakes.
